Ocoin Terms of Service

Welcome to OtoMoon. "Ocoin" is a special-purpose virtual currency provided by the OtoMoon platform for redeeming digital content and value-added services within the platform.

Before topping up your account or using Ocoin, please read and fully understand all of these Terms. By purchasing or using Ocoin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between this version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version controls.

Article 1: Nature of Ocoin

1. Ocoin is an intangible digital usage credential provided by the OtoMoon platform. What you purchase is not "outright ownership" of Ocoin, but rather a "limited, non-transferable, revocable license" to access and redeem specific games, virtual items, or services within the OtoMoon platform.
2. Ocoin has no fiat value, does not constitute personal property, and accrues no interest. Ocoin may only circulate within the OtoMoon platform and may not, under any circumstance, be exchanged back into fiat or any monetary instrument.

Article 2: Eligibility and restrictions

1. Given the nature of the Platform, we strictly prohibit minors (under 18) from topping up or using Ocoin.
2. If you are a minor, please stop purchasing immediately. The Platform may refuse refunds and freeze or permanently ban accounts when users misrepresent their age or minors fraudulently use an adult's payment instrument.

Article 3: Purchase and top-up

1. You must purchase Ocoin through the OtoMoon official payment gateway.
2. To protect account security and developer rights, purchasing Ocoin through any unofficial third party is strictly prohibited. If detected, OtoMoon may directly seize the unlawfully obtained Ocoin and reserves the right to temporarily freeze or permanently ban your account.
3. OtoMoon supports multiple settlement currencies. When you pay in a currency other than the platform's reference pricing currency, the final amount shown on the top-up page is dynamically converted at the third-party payment gateway's real-time exchange rate. Differences caused by exchange-rate fluctuations or third-party fees are borne by the user.

Article 4: Paid Ocoin and bonus Ocoin

1. Ocoin in your account is divided into two types: "paid Ocoin" obtained through actual purchase, and "bonus Ocoin" granted by the Platform free of charge through community engagement, marketing, or system compensation.
2. When both types of Ocoin exist in your account, the system deducts paid Ocoin first during settlement. Bonus Ocoin is only deducted after the paid Ocoin balance is exhausted.
3. Paid Ocoin and bonus Ocoin have the same effect.

Article 5: Scope of use and transfer restrictions

1. Ocoin may be used only on the OtoMoon platform (including web, PC client, and mobile app) to purchase digital games, DLC content, in-platform items, and other value-added services.
2. To prevent money laundering, account theft, and other illicit activity, Ocoin is strictly tied to your OtoMoon account. Cross-account transfers, gifting, and merging are not permitted under any circumstance.
3. You may not sell, trade, or otherwise convert Ocoin into cash outside the OtoMoon platform. Such conduct is not protected by the Platform and constitutes a serious breach.

Article 6: Refunds

1. Given the special nature of digital content and virtual currency, all Ocoin sales are final once the purchase is successful and recorded in your account, except as required by law or in case of a serious system error. No refunds or cash-outs are available.
2. If you initiate an unfounded chargeback or payment cancellation through your bank, credit card company, or third-party payment platform (e.g., falsely claiming the transaction was unauthorized or undelivered), OtoMoon adopts a zero-tolerance policy. We may terminate all services to you, void Ocoin in your account, permanently ban the involved account, submit related fraud records to the third-party payment provider, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

Article 7: Disclaimer and termination

1. If OtoMoon has reasonable grounds to suspect that your account is involved in fraud, money laundering, hacking, exploiting platform vulnerabilities to farm Ocoin, or seriously violating these Terms or the Platform User Agreement, we may suspend, void Ocoin in your account, or terminate your access at any time without liability.
2. If, due to force majeure or business adjustment, OtoMoon needs to fully cease operations in the future, we will notify you at least 60 calendar days in advance via official website announcement, in-platform message, or email. During this period, please use up the Ocoin in your account. For Ocoin remaining in your account at the time of shutdown, the Platform will provide a reasonable handling plan in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable at that time.

Article 8: Other terms

1. OtoMoon reserves the right to adjust Ocoin denominations, prices, and the prices of digital goods on the platform at any time. Such adjustments will be announced on the platform and will not retroactively apply to completed transactions.
2. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws designated by the Company and are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
